1 Acceptance of Terms

10 Suspension and Termination

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, any remaining balance — including bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play — may be forfeited. Where a closure is made in error or where the player disputes a decision, the matter should be raised through the formal complaints process outlined in Section 12.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their own account may do so by contacting support. Any real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal following the standard verification procedure.

11 Amendments to These Terms
